Locals Crew is a sports association that promotes the practice of water sports and sporting values according to the principles of CONI and the federations to which it is affiliated.
BOOKING SERVICE
To order the services, simply click on the cart button and follow the instructions that will be provided by the site. To complete the order you must register by providing all the data necessary for the execution of the same and make the payment. The rates and payment methods are detailed in the appropriate PAYMENTS section.
The services purchased constitute confirmation of the reservation. Indicate the dates or the period in which you will be available for lessons. Once the booking has been confirmed, you will need to contact us at least one week before the date or period booked on +39 3284260226 via Whatsapp or by email at localscrew@gmail.com to schedule the times of your course/lesson based on the weather forecast, your availability and organization of the school.
PAYMENTS
The order can be purchased in full or by paying a deposit, the balance must be paid on the first day of class. The transaction can be made by credit card and PayPal by following the automated online booking procedure within the site.
CONDITIONS
This reservation is valid only on the dates indicated. Reservations will be refunded in case of adverse weather conditions. No refund is provided in case of no-show or for cancellations after 12h from the date of the scheduled lesson.
The days and times of the lessons are established on the basis of the weather forecast and the availability of the student, compatibly with the organization of the school, from 10:00 to 18:30 every windy day.
MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION
It is possible to change the date, time and service by contacting the number
+39 3284260226 via Whatsapp or by email at localscrew@gmail.com up to 12 hours before the scheduled time for the lesson. The change may require payment of any difference in fare if a different service is chosen.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE THE COURSE
At least one week before the booking date, you must contact the number +39 3284260226 via Whatsapp indicating Name, Surname and booking number, we will reply with an appointment to be established based on the weather forecast, your availability and the organization of the school. Subsequently you will have to send a valid identity document, the tax code and a medical certificate of sound and robust constitution.

CHILDREN/MINORS
If your booking includes a minor, this must be accompanied by a parent who must sign the membership form on behalf of the minor of whom he is the legal guardian.
RECEIPT/INVOICE
At the same time as the purchase, the buyer’s data must be provided (name, surname, address, tax code or VAT number). For each order completed with payment, a receipt will be issued which will be delivered on the day of the lesson. The invoice as an alternative to the receipt will be issued only at the request of the customer and must be requested when placing the order.
WARRANTY AND TERMS OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal by canceling the reservation, within fourteen days of purchase. The refund of the amount will be made by bank transfer or paypal within seven working days net of transaction costs.
COUPONS – GIFT VOUCHERS
They can be purchased through the website booking system or by bank transfer. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by canceling the reservation within fourteen days of purchase. The refund will be made by bank transfer or PayPal within seven business days, net of transaction fees.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Locals Crew a.s.d. guarantees the confidentiality of personal data processed with IT systems and necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations (order management, information on payment services, etc.). By completing the order form, the customer declares that he has read this information and expresses his consent to the communication and processing of his personal data.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract will be governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, the Judicial Authority of Lecce will be exclusively competent.
